Mailkub.cloud stores the data needed to run business email on your domain. We do not sell mailbox contents.

Accounts

We keep your name, email, password hash, role, and optional two-factor secrets so you can sign in to the workspace or platform admin.

Messages, attachments, domain DNS settings, and mailbox quotas stay in your workspace so you can send, receive, and manage addresses.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in, and a locale cookie so the interface stays in Thai, English, or Chinese.
